ASMP/Alaska Photo Wants provides buyers of assignment and stock photography with a means to distribute current needs to approximately 50 resident Alaskan professional photographers. The service is easy to use and free to photobuyers.

2. Distribution.

Photo Wants will be sent via e-mail to all regular ASMP/Alaska chapter member photographers, and will be posted in a "Members Only" section (password required for viewing) on the ASMP/Alaska web site. ONLY current members of ASMP/Alaska have access to these Photo Wants.

3. Submission.

Submit Photo Wants via e-mail to the ASMP/Alaska web master using the link on this page.

4. Content.

A. Describe your current requirements in as much detail as possible.

B. Include contact information and restrictions (e.g. "e-mail only, no phone calls," etc.)

C. List all relevant deadlines.

D. For stock photographs include preferred method of submission (web, CD, film, etc.)

E. Specify the usage, rights required, and price range.

5. ASMP/Alaska is not an agent and does not represent member photographers, set or negotiate prices, monitor work, or mediate disputes. The sole purpose of Photo Wants is to facilitate independent communication between photo buyers and professional photographers who are ASMP/Alaska members.
